Growing up as a missionary kid in Uganda, I loved living cross-culturally but did not think I ever wanted to be a missionary. However, God worked for years to soften my heart and eventually led me towards Doulos after I visited with my university in early 2022. I had never seen a school that valued exploration, collaborative learning, and Christ-centered discipleship as much as Doulos does. I love being part of this intentional community!
