| Leaders train leaders. At Doulos Discovery School, our staff see themselves as leaders training and equipping our students for their future leadership roles. Our teachers are a committed group of experienced and certified educators that come from North America, Latin America and the Dominican Republic. We are many parts of one body, serving and impacting this country for Christ. Our new Staff Sponsorship Program helps to fund quality staff and insures that our students are receiving the very best education possible with experienced teachers. Our target is to raise $200 per staff member per month. The funds raised reduce staff turnover because the money helps Doulos to offer salaries to local staff. Each year that Doulos grows, we are able to hire more local staff who are licensed to teach. The staff in our sponsorship program are indicated with Staff Sponsorship Program below their names: |
